VEHICLE

These are usually used in buggies, or Suzuki Samurai's on FJ60 Steering Box's. Most people when doing standard high steer on a Toyota use the "stock drop" pitman arm.
Fits Toyota 4wd Steering Box's
Solid one piece design, which makes this pitman arm incredibly strong! Features FJ80 tapered hole. One piece, forged design. Extra beefy, wide design close to tie rod end hole. Ideal for use with crossover steering. Same drop as factory pitman arm. Why would you need this? IFS Steering box's have a tie rod incorporated into the pitman arm. In order to replace the tie rod end, you have to replace the pitman arm. For ultimate strength and longevity, high steer systems use an FJ80 tie rod end in the drag link, and have a tapered hole for the FJ80 end to go into such as in this pitman arm. We choose to do it this way rather than have an adapter to go to the factory pitman arm because most likely if you are using a used steering box, the pitman arm is worn out.
Low Range Off Road is proud to give you options when it comes to drive line flanges. This one in particular is one of the only flanges that will work with early 1979-1983 small 8mm bolt pattern drive shafts. This fits the pinion side only and will fit stock ring and pinions and aftermarket ring and pinions with 27 splines.

The Trail Safe™ Knuckle Ball Wiper Seal is a double sided seal that keeps grease in and dirt out, all while eliminating the use of the OEM felt and rubber. Since it is made from seal-grade polyurethane, not UHMW, the seal is pliable enough to stretch over the knuckle ball during installation. This eliminates the need to cut the seal for installation which allows water to enter the knuckle ball and for grease to escape. These are sold in pairs.

These bolt on wheel spacers are designed to give you a little more width without changing out your axle for a wider one. Great for use on solid axles conversions to make the front axle similar in width the wider rear axle found on 86 and up Toyota trucks. Bolt pattern is 6 stud on a 5.5" round circle. Features safety graded studs and matching nuts for proper fit. Made from Billet 6061-T6 aluminum. Grade 8 Studs, Grade 10.9 nuts. Five sizes available. Shipped as a set of 2 spacers w/nuts. We are pleased to announce the release of Trail-Gear’s new and improved heavy duty drive line. The heavy duty driveline splines are 42% larger than the old design and the spline section is nylon-coated to prolong many years of use on the trail.
Each kit comes with a Heavy Duty U-joint installed. Full circle retaining rings are installed to securely hold the u-joint in place.
This product is a heavy duty replacement part and is not recommended for use on the street.
When installing a lift and crossover steering you need a long spline drive shaft, especially in the front. A flexy front suspension system requires more slip spline then the stock shaft is able to provide. The result with a stock drive spline is the drive shaft comes apart on the trail. This long spline kit is designed to replace the stock slip section.
To install this kit the stock slip section and tubing is cut off and then section along with new tubing is welded in place. Tubing is not included but will be available separately at a later time.
With other kits on the market why purchase ours? These drive shaft kits are specially heat treated and hardened to prevent bending.
Units are precision machined and DO NOT have welded in u-joint caps like previously before.
This product is a heavy duty replacement part and is not recommended for applications requiring a balanced driveshaft. Not recommended for use on the street or speeds over 50mph.

Finally a Toyota T case mount that can handle the abuse of rock crawling with the ultra low torque of dual cases is here. The TGHD T Case mount kit will totally eliminate any worries of a broken T case mount on the trail, or on the comp site. The TGHD T case mount is stamped out of 1/4” thick steel plate, and then welded on a jig to ensure the best fit possible.
These T case mount kits are coated with clear zinc (silver color) for a trick finish that will last a lifetime.
The bushings are polyurethane for long lasting performance and durability.
Can be used as a stock replacement on 4cyl T cases for applications from 1982-1995, or with our dual case cross-member and other popular dual case cross-members on all 1979-1995 applications. Note: This product may cause more vibration at high speed driving than with the OEM rubber mounts.

While most V6 trucks came with 1" master cylinders, 1979-1995 4 cylinder Toyota Pickups and 4Runners got left with a 7/8" cylinder.
TB-MC-HILUX Stock Cylinder Found on V6 Equipped Pickups
V6 Master Cylinders are a direct replacement for your 4CYL variant. With larger drums, or with larger calipers, you may be finding that the pedal wants to go all the way to the floor.
This master cylinder may need slight readjustment of the brake lines. It is good to note that the front hole is for the front brakes and the hole closest to the booster is for the rear brakes.
1986 and later Hilux pickup trucks and 4Runner feature larger vented rotors from the factory. Earlier 1979-1985 trucks used solid (non vented) rotors up front along with smaller calipers. If your installing a solid front axle on an 86 and later rig you will want to install a set of these vented rotors onto the axle. With these rotors you will be able use your existing larger IFS calipers. Simply unbolt your existing rotors and replace them with these vented rotors. Slight grinding of the rotors backing plate will be needed. Then simply install the IFS calipers right on to the solid axle using the factory bolts. These rotors can also be used on 85 and older trucks to increase braking effectiveness. Fits 81-85 Solid axles with 8 hole style rotors.
Price is per rotor. You will need 2 to do one axle.

With larger tires and more horsepower being used on the trails these days, upgrades to your axle are more critical than ever. In a Toyota, one of the common failures are the stock 27-spline birfields and axles. The solution to this problem is Dirty30 30-Spline 4340 Chromoly Axle and Birfield Kit. These birfields and axles will get you to wherever you need to go and give you confidence and peace of mind to run any trail.
The Dirty30 birfields are made out of 100% chromoly and are precision polished to remove any imperfections that may cause stress risers. The birfield housing is made out of forged 4340 chromoly steel. The axle shafts are also made out of 4340 chromoly steel. The internals of the birfields are made out of 4340 chromoly steel and heat-treated for superior strength.
NOTE The Dirty30's were the Trail Gear brand before they bought the Longfield Name.

Japanese Toyota King Pin Bearings
When it comes to rebuilding front axles, some people insist on using only Japanese components. Always looking to give customers what they want, Low Range offers these bearings made by Koyo, NSK, NTN or Nachi. With 12 needle bearings in the cage distributing stress across 12 points of contact, these are a cut above others that may have fewer, larger needles. Larger needles in a cage doesn't necessarily mean it takes a higher stress load.

We put a lot of thought into our new Summit® Race seats--and it shows. For example, we gave them three separate belt openings instead of one, so you can use "H" or "Y" style safety harnesses. We also added two recessed locations, so you can anchor them to a roll bar. Other features include a lower "stance" for more head clearance, cone and rib back supports for added impact protection, and a ribbed mounting base for added strength. We also added more surface texture and cover beadlocks to keep the seat covers in place.

LROR's Silverback HD 4140 Chromoly Axles for the Toyota Pickup / 4Runner are like the name implies- Strong! These are made from high grade heat treated 4140 chromoly steel. Many axles have their drawbacks by poor design and large stress risers. Not here! These are made for heavy duty usage and for off road ability. Also highly recommended when installing a Spartan, Lockrite, ARB, Grizzly, Zip, Auburn, Eaton, Aussie or Kaiser Locker.
Features:
-Heat Treated 4140 Chromoly. Why not 4340? It has been used in the past on Rear Axles and has proven to be weak. For the fatigue resistance and characteristics of 4140, we chose to manufacture them out of what has proven to be the strongest! Some large name manufacturers have scaled back to 4140 and had less breakages than with 4340. We could have made them out of whatever we wanted, but these have proven to be the strongest!
