FOX Bump Stops were created to provide additional bottom out control to maximize the vehicles entire suspension travel. Developed in conjunction with top offroad racing teams to achieve ultimate performance within a compact and light package. The FOX bump stop can easily be setup for any conditions by removing the aluminum Schrader cap and adjusting the internal nitrogen gas pressure. The long lasting and replaceable Delrin pad insures quiet operation.

The Heavy Duty Creeper JointTM has been tested to 4,700 ft-lbs of torque in Trail- Gear’s very own axle testing machine. These U-joints fit most 1979-1995 4wd applications. Includes four install clips and and Zerk grease fitting (not shown in photo). These u-joints have been trail tested and have been proven to provide excellent strength at a reasonable price. Just as a comparison, the stock joints fail at 3,700 ft-lbs of torque. We find that keeping a spare is at least a good backup when out on the trail.

This is the Zip Air Locker for the Toyota 8" V6 Differential.

So you may ask, since it is cheaper than what we are used to, is it going to break?  Well, we can say this... the case is a forged chunk of 4320 chromoly to start.  

The Yukon Zip Locker is the latest in on-demand traction. Its air-operated design allows you to switch from an open differential to 100% lockup when you need it, giving you the ultimate in driver selectability. 

The Yukon Zip locker is an air operated locker that provides selectable traction for off road or street use. This unit features 4320 Chrome Moly internals for added strength. Assembled in the USA! compressor sold separately.

If you are not sure on the differential you have, measure the carrier bearing Inner dimension, the V6 models are 50mm ID.

For ease of install and people who are on a budget, Powertrax Lockrights are hard to beat. Of course, selectable lockers such as ARB air lockers would be much more desirable, the Lockright lockers get the job done for a fraction of the cost. Many differentials have a set of spider gears which allow the outside tire to turn faster

Power Flow 1650psi Power Steering Pump

Trail-Gear’s new Power Flow 1650 psi pump has been designed and engineered to provide ultimate performance. The body of the pump is constructed of steel to increase reliability and decrease wear. It is also equipped with oversized bushings for high H.P. motors and applications with high pump shaft side loads. Trail-Gear’s Power Flow Pumps have one of the highest flow rates in the industry. The Power Flow pump has been endurance tested at 400°F and has a consistent steady flow across all rpm’s and will not bypass early. In addition, the Power Flow pump has heavy-duty internals and is a direct replacement for "TC" and "CB" style pumps.

NOTE: Comes with V-Belt Pulley

Caution:  Maximum pump RPM is 7,000 RPM.  Do not drive the pump beyond 7,000 RPMs.  If you are using this pump on a custom build, you will need to calculate the correct pump pulley size to ensure you do not exceed 7,000 RPMs on the pump.

1986 and later Hilux pickup trucks and 4Runner feature larger vented rotors from the factory. Earlier 1979-1985 trucks used solid (non vented) rotors up front along with smaller calipers. If your installing a solid front axle on an 86 and later rig you will want to install a set of these vented rotors onto the axle. With these rotors you will be able use your existing larger IFS calipers. Simply unbolt your existing rotors and replace them with these vented rotors. Slight grinding of the rotors backing plate will be needed. Then simply install the IFS calipers right on to the solid axle using the factory bolts. These rotors can also be used on 85 and older trucks to increase braking effectiveness. Fits 81-85 Solid axles with 8 hole style rotors.

Price is per rotor. You will need 2 to do one axle.

We put a lot of thought into our new Summit® Race seats--and it shows. For example, we gave them three separate belt openings instead of one, so you can use "H" or "Y" style safety harnesses. We also added two recessed locations, so you can anchor them to a roll bar. Other features include a lower "stance" for more head clearance, cone and rib back supports for added impact protection, and a ribbed mounting base for added strength. We also added more surface texture and cover beadlocks to keep the seat covers in place.

If you have a 2001 and Older Toyota Pickup then most likely your pinion flange is going to be 27 Spline. The easiest way to verify this is to count the splines on the pinion gear. If you want to run the  29 Spline Ring and Pinions, you will need a new 29 Spline Flange, Seal and Nut.
